Sodexo Remote Sites Launches Performance Suite

Sodexo Remote Sites is a 100% owned subsidiary of the Sodexo Group currently employing 1800 staff from many different nationalities to work on-shore and offshore.

Currently Sodexo Remote sites do not offer any benefits to their employees other than long service awards. This was a key issue in the recent employee engagement survey that highlighted the following 4 key issues that Sodexo Performance Suite will be addressing:

• Lack of recognition
• No communication
• No Benefits
• Little contact with senior management.
