Sodexo offers complete motivation service
Sodexo, the company behind SayShopping multi-option vouchers, has introduced a new service where it can go as far as devising a complete incentive programme.
Under the banner of SayMotivation, it has brought together all the services available from within Sodexo, including the newly launched Sodexo Performance Suite. This rebranding of an existing solution that Sodexo brought last year enables customers to create third-party incentive schemes, channel marketing and performance programmes and customer loyalty schemes.
Performance Suite is a points based system, allowing participants to check their progress and how much they have accrued online. They can also receive emails, text messages, newsletters or faxes updating them on their performance.
Along with SayShopping and Vivaboxes, which contain vouchers and product samples, Sodexo is now offering to provide individual elements of a scheme or manage it entirely, including design, technical back-up and communication.
Alternatively it can still provide only reward products, with its 3,000-item catalogue of merchandise.
“We can help agencies develop cost-effective, results-driven schemes that suit their individual needs and provide a return on investment,” said Kevin Harrington, research and development director at Sodexo Pass, formerly Sodexho.
