  • 5. Do I need my I.T department to install Sodexo Performance Suite in my company?

    No. Sodexo Performance Suite is an ASP (Application Service Provider) company. Our application runs on our servers and you access it through any Internet browser, via Internet, Extranet or Intranet.

    • You do not need any involvement from your I.T department to start the application
    • There are very low maintenance costs
    • You automatically benefit from all the upgrades and bug fixes
    • The system be reached from any computer anywhere in the world

  • 6. Can I have my own items in the catalogue?

    Yes. Sodexo Performance Suite provides a catalogue of rewards selected by experts of the rewards and incentives market. This gives you a guarantee that you will optimise the satisfaction of your participants as well as the logistics at no cost.

     

    However, there is no limitation to the flexibility of our catalogue:

    • You can make your own selection in our existing items list
    • You can add your own products
    • You can mix our products with your products

    The only constraint you have if you want to customise is the fact that we will ask you to provide us with a buffer stock of your products in order to guarantee timely delivery of orders to your participants.

  • 7. What if my sales teams don’t have Internet access?

    Not a problem. Sodexo Performance Suite uses the Internet as a default access but it is not limited to this:

    • We can develop paper mailing and paper catalogues
    • Our team can provide operators to deliver campaigns by phone
    • Our message centre and gateways can send messages by email as well as by SMS, fax, letter or any other communication channel
  • 8. Can I personalise the Website?

    Yes. We have several customisation options for the website. The simplest option consists of the integration of your company colours and logo. The most sophisticated option is a total customisation of the website to your identity with integration into your corporate Intranet.

  • 9. What is my return on investment?

    Our sales team will provide you with a return on investment calculation based on your planned reward spend and the operational charges for the scheme.

     

    Based on information you provide us we will calculate for you:

    • Cost per head

    Additionally, when your scheme is running we try to provide you with a 360° view on your performance. Our detailed scoreboards can help you to perform analysis with a drill down facility from groups to individuals.

  • 10. How do I update the scores?

    There are three ways to update the scores:

    • Manually, via the Performance Suite administration system
    • Automatically, via data import from your ERP or CRM system
    • Manually by the participants: you ask the participants to update the scores on the Internet or by bi-directional SMS messages and the only thing you have to do is to validate the updates

    This solution has many advantages:

    • It increases the information up-stream
    • It decreases your workload
    • It can be coupled to more detailed forms in order to gather more information about your customers and participants
  • 11. How does it interact with my ERP system?

    There are two possible levels of interaction with your ERP or CRM system:

    • The scores can be imported to Sodexo Performance Suite via a direct link to your existing system or by import of Excel or CSV files
    • Sodexo Performance Suite can provide performance information to your system
