Programme Start-up Service

A Programme Manager will work with you to design your reward scheme. This is especially useful to help you define how you will measure and record your participants performance. The service includes setting up your actions, loading in your participants, and creating your communications.

You can outsource the running of your reward scheme to us. The Programme Manager will set up your scheme and upload the results as they come in. You just need to supply the information to us. The Programme Manager will take care of all the communication schedules, emails and newsletters for you leaving you to sit back and relax.

Training

You may wish to have our Contest Manager training. Once trained, your Contest Manager(s) will assume the role of setting up and operating the scheme using the Performance tools. Of course our Programme Managers are just a phone call or email away and will support your Contest Manager(s).

Customised Theme

Out of the box Performance Manager allows you to load your corporate logo and change the Rewards Bank web site colours your participants will see. If you wish to take this further and blend the look and feel of the web site to match your own web site branding we offer a customised theme service. Our developers will take your branding elements and create a new theme available just for you to select from within the Performance Manager.

Dedicated Domain

We can create a dedicated domain name for your participants to use to reach your Rewards Bank website. This URL further enhances the appearance of the Rewards Bank as part of your own branding.

If you need our Developers or Programme Managers to do some bespoke work we can help. An example might be the integration of your system with ours to upload sales results automatically.

Language Translation

We support English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch out of the box but our system will allow us to add other languages for you.

Catalogue Customisation

It is quick and easy for us to add and remove gifts from the catalogue. For example you may wish to add your own products or remove a competitor’s. We simply need you to supply the data to us. We can even integrate with entire third party catalogues although this is a more technically involved task.
