Graphical reports

Reports can be exported to the file system in CSV format.

The reports include:

• Summary of all points awarded across all actions
• View participant results and awarded points by action
• View points earned and redeemed by participants
• See the most distributed rewards
• View summary statistics over the life of the action or within 30 days including visitors, pages viewed, new registrations, logins, catalogue pages, and orders
• View detailed statistics across user defined periods using a choice of graph styles. You can list by day, occurrence or participant: Catalogue category hits, Catalogue item hits, My events, Number of "My account" views, Number of "Scorecard" views, Number of articles bought, Number of buyers, Number of catalogue pages viewed, Number of first logins, Number of logins, Number of messages sent to ticketing, Number of orders, Number of page views, Number of password requests, Number of ticketing messages treated, Number of unique visitors, Number of views of the contact page, Orders more than 15 days late, Orders more than 30 days late
