Performance Manager

Performance Manager is where it all starts. A Programme Manager will work with you to set up a scheme and train you to use the features that will allow you to: maintain your users; load results; view your invoices and analyse the performance of the scheme.

You and your Programme Manager will use Performance Manager to:

• Create the look. Select a theme, upload your company logo and choose your web site’s colours. Or ask our team to develop a completely personalised theme for you.
• Create your actions. Simple or very complex, our set up wizard uses a few easy steps so you’ll be ready to launch quickly. Target actions, hit parades, lotteries, activity rewarding, quizzes, surveys…think of it and we can make it happen!
• Invite. Load your participants manually or upload them via an MS Excel spreadsheet. Use The Performance Communicator to create emails to your participants.
• Manage your results. Input your results manually, upload MS Excel files or link the Performance Manager to your system. The points attributed to each participant will be calculated automatically using the targets set up in your actions.
• Analyse. Use the Performance Analyser to track your schemes impact

Performance Manager allows you to give Spot Rewards to your collaborators, partners, teams or suppliers.

You will use Performance Manager to view your invoices for the points successful participants have been awarded by your actions. You can also pre pay for points. We accept many payment methods.

You have full control over your participant account details including the ability to choose a participant and view the Rewards Bank as they would.
